Licenses

Software from Bob's Place have different licenses. The Personal License allows you to use the software at any machine you use. In other words - you can't use a personal license on a computer or system that you don't use yourself. We don't limit the number of computers you can run the software on, which means that you can install and run the software on for example a stationary computer, a client or server, a laptop and in an VMWare Guest at the same time.

If you have a Server License, then the software is tied to a single server. The license is typically tied to a server name, a domain name, and IP address or similar. This will be specifically addressed in the license.

The trial version can be run on any computer for 60 days. After the trial period has expired, certain functionality may be removed or locked until purchase.

We provide free email support to all customers 1 year from the date of purchase.

Supported Languages

The default supported language in the software is English. Please note we can only offer support in English.

Technical

Software may encounter technical difficulties, crashes and down time. We use our best efforts to maintain a working software, but cannot guarantee a continuous and uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to suspend, terminate or cease the services offered by this website and access to this website temporarily or permanently at any time without prior notice.

Refund Policy 

Due to the extended 60 day trial period, we do not offer any refund after purchase. We expect you to fully test the software within the free, 60 day trial period.
